"What type of process can I expect?"
First we gather information about your current situation and ask you questions to find out how you would like to improve your situation. This can mean many things to different people and that is why we listen. 

Next we do research based on the information you have given us to find solutions that fit your goals. We usually propose a few different ways to help you accomplish your goals and help you fill out any necessary paperwork.  Finally we stay in touch to help you track your progress.
