Swapan Munshi

Swapan is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the original association for the financial services industry, where he serves on the NAIFA certification commission for the LACP credential. He is a 6 time qualifying Million Dollar Roundtable Member.

He previously consulted for The US Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, San Jose State University, as well as the private and non-profit sector. He has lectured at San Jose State University and assisted in the publishing of research on the outcomes of his programs in the California prison system.

With over a decade of experience in the forensic mental health field, Swapan enjoys actively listening to clients’ goals, investigating their current strategies, and effectively communicating methods to optimize the achievement of their objectives. Swapan considers his work “financial therapy”; listening to the needs of his clients and helping to educate on all possible solutions and the consequences that can follow them. Empowering clients in their financial literacy is his passion. That’s one of the reasons he joined the family practice. Swapan wanted the opportunity to work somewhere that made it easy for him to assist with the most intelligent wealth protection and estate planning solutions available.

Bardia Hariri, MBA. PhD.

Bardia Hariri, MBA, PhD, is a licensed financial professional and insurance agent (CA Ins. Lic. # 0K72662), holding active licenses in California and many other states. He leads a team of dedicated advisors with strong administrative support. Dr. Hariri is a strategic thinker focused on helping individuals, communities, and businesses achieve economic development goals. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, he has a deep understanding of economic principles, community development, and growth strategies. His PhD thesis from the University of Wales focused on the emergence of isolated nations into global consumer culture, driven by his passion for Middle Eastern economics, history, and politics. Dr. Hariri excels in identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions, prioritizing community development and sustainability for long-term succes.

Bill Lee

Since he was a teenager, Bill knew he wanted to work in financial services. Having seen his parents struggle as immigrant business owners through the aftermath of the subprime mortgage crisis, Bill recognized that he has a passion for helping families and entrepreneurs with their finances. After studying Finance from Babson College, Bill began his career in financial services at the age of 20.

After just a few years as an Advisor, Bill was awarded the 2017 New Org Associate of the Year Award and qualified for MDRT in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, Bill took on the challenge of becoming a Partner with New York Life and NYLIFE Securities. By 2021, Bill was one of the Top 2 Partners in the country out of over 450 Partners across the country. Shortly after, he was promoted to Senior Partner, having one of the fastest Senior Partner promotion in the company’s history. In 2022, Bill was awarded the prestigious 2022 “Val Ivanov” Trophy for the best personal performance by a Managing, Executive, or Senior Partner in the 3 key areas of recruiting, new organization production, and retention. Wanting a bigger growth opportunity, Bill chose to take a promotion with National Life Group and ESI. In his first year as a Managing Director, Bill won the MD of the year award and was the first internally promoted Senior Managing Directors in the country.

Now, after his long tenure in Senior Management in Career Agencies, Bill chose to start his own brokerage general agency so that he and his team can serve his clients without any bias.

In his spare time, Bill likes to practice MMA, meditate, sing Karaoke in dive bars, go to Stand Up Comedy Shows, and volunteer.

Zeus Kajita

Zeus’s career, shaped by both personal adversity and global exploration, embodies resilience and a commitment to fostering financial security. The loss of his family’s assets during the Japanese economic crisis in the 90’s highlighted the critical need for strategic financial advice—a lesson Zeus took to heart. This experience ignited his passion for protecting business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families from similar financial distress, ensuring they have access to knowledgeable guidance to safeguard their futures and legacies. Zeus’s motto is “It’s not how much money you make, it’s how much you keep at the end.

Before pivoting to finance, Zeus was an entrepreneur who lived in 5 continents and visited 50+ countries as traveling being his top passion.

In his leisure time, Zeus cherishes moments with his daughter, travels the world as well as to Japan mostly to see his parents, reconnects with friends and family, and indulges in health and wellness. Embracing his multicultural heritage, he views the world as a familiar playground.

Nick Martin

Nick began his insurance career as an agent with Transamerica in 1984. In 1999 he accepted a position as a case consultant with New York Life.

He was shortly promoted to manage the team he was on. In 2007 he became a Life Product Consultant for New York Life in the Pacific zone. He retired from that position in 2022. After two years of world travel and relaxation he began work in June of 2024 under an MA contract to help with coaching and developing a new generation of associates. Nick holds CLU, ChFC, and MSFS designations.

Thomas Kang, CPA, CFA
